Reserve your space now!
For 6 years, a group of quilters has spent 3 days in West Hawley, Mass. at the Stump Sprouts Retreat. We have sewn to our heart’s content, been fed large amounts of delicious homemade food, socialized, hiked, walked, did some yoga, and had a wonderful time.
This is your year to join in the wonderful retreat at Stump Sprouts. It will be one of your best weekends of the year. Great food, great company, and sewing, knitting, crafting or relaxing in a beautiful place.
The rate for three nights and 9 meals will be around $260. To reserve your spot, email Julie at firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact information. I will send you my address. $50.00 deposits are now due.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits refunded only if your space is filled. We need 15 people to run the retreat. Check your calendar, talk to your friends, and contact me soon! I hope you will join us for this wonderful weekend.
Spaces are limited. Questions? Contact Julie at email@example.com. Visit the Stump Sprouts website to check out the accommodations and location.
Our guild maintains a library of over 200 quilting books.
List of Books in our Library's Collection - Click here
Call Nancy King, Librarian, to arrange a time to look through the books at her house, or call her to tell you what you need and she will bring the requested books to our next meeting for you. Now that's service! Nancy's phone number is available on the member list.
There is no set borrowing period; you may use books as long as you need them. We trust that members will show consideration when borrowing newer books that may be in demand, and return those items promptly.
The guild newsletter is emailed to members around the 1st of the month and the Betweens update around the 15th. The deadline for submission is 3 days before the newsletters come out. All members are invited to submit guild or local quilt related news to the editor, Jean Konopacz via her email address or firstname.lastname@example.org
